Gio Gold sells a range of precious metal bullion products. Currently our available Products are gold bars, and we plan to expand our catalogue.
No, Gio Gold does not have a minimum order amount. You can buy any quantity of products available on our website.
There is no maximum order amount on Gio Gold. However if you would like to place an order greater than AED 50,000, we will ask you to contact our team first.
Gio Gold does not have any physical shops. We are an online-only platform. However, feel free to contact us by email or phone, or schedule an appointment to visit our office.

When you complete an order, you have agreed to purchase a product at a specific price at the point in time as a legally binding agreement, and your order cannot be modified. If you decide to cancel your order, you have a 1 business day allocated time frame, from the moment you place and confirm your order. However, the cancelation will be subject to a variable fee deducted per 24K Gold Product basis, shall your order cancelation be approved by our team. Please see below table for the maximum value fee per product:

The Gio Gold online platform targets retail sales to private individuals. However, if you would like to buy as a company, contact us and we can discuss or arrange an appointment at our office for company wholesale.
Payments
We currently accept payments made in AED.
We accept the following payment methods: bank transfers, card (Visa, MasterCard), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Additionally, you can choose to visit our office for collection, and pay by cash or card after placing an order.
No. Orders must be paid by the person placing the order and whose name will appear on the invoice. The name on your bank account and invoice must match in order for your payment to be accepted.
Simply choose Card (Online Checkout) as a payment method in your cart and fill in your payment credentials at the secure checkout session. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, and will be notified when your order has been dispatched for delivery.
Simply choose Bank Transfer as a payment method in your cart. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, with our banking information and instructions on how to transfers the total amount to complete your payment.
We recommend to pay as soon as you place the order. Gio Gold must receive the exact funds stated on the purchase confirmation within 1 business day of the order placement.
If you fail to make the payment within 1 business day, your order will automatically be canceled.
Simply choose Office Payment as a payment method in your cart. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, with instructions detailing our office hours and your allocated time to visit our office and settle the payment.
You must visit our office within 1 business day to complete your order and settle the payment. You will be able to immediately collect your product during your visit.
If you fail to visit our office and settle the payment within 1 business day, your order will automatically be canceled.
Shipping
Yes! Our office is located in Dubai, however our delivery services cover every edge of the United Arab Emirates.
Currently, our delivery services are only able to cover customers within the United Arab Emirates.
Your order can take 1 to 5 business days to arrive.
Gio Gold does not accept any returns after an order has been confirmed and dispatched for delivery.
Gio Gold insures all of our shipments. Once you sign and accept the delivery, the insurance ends.
Yes, for verification purposes you will be required to present your Emirates ID or another identity document matching the name on your invoice.
A signature might also be required, when applicable.
No, the name of the recipient of an order must match the name of the account holder.
Pricing
When you add products to your cart, the price is not yet locked. However, when you choose to checkout and proceed with the order confirmation, your products and total amount is locked and will not be changed.
Pure (24K) Investment Gold is VAT free, besides the product' premium charges.
For lesser purity, or other precious metals, 5% VAT will apply.
The weight of our bars is expressed in troy ounces.
1 ounce is equal to 31.1035 grams.
1 tola is equal to 11.7g grams.
Our prices are set by Dubai Gold & Jewellery Group.
The price difference between two products of the same weight come from different making and premium charges. The premium is the part of the price covering our costs and margin, depending on the product' craftsmanship, rarity and associated costs.

The KYC (Know Your Customer) process, is an identity verification process for customers of Gio Gold. Through this process we verify the identity and compliance of our customers with the current legislation.
Customers will be required to provide a governmental identification (ID, passport, driving license). For larger orders, Gio Gold may ask you to provide further documents including a selfie picture and proof of address.
